All licenses include one year of updates/support, which can be extended.

Support must be extended within 6 months of support expiring, otherwise the product must be repurchased.

The Lifetime Updates/Support option is valid for the entire lifetime of the product.

Since the Java archive used in Integral FTP is signed with a certificate that is only valid for one year, the archive must be re-signed each year. A freshly signed archive is made available to customers each year at no extra charge. Please contact us for more information.
