Integral FTP can be always used for free from the Integral FTP product site. A trial download is also available that will work on localhost or 127.0.0.1 (but won't work with any other URL).

The trial download is in zip format, and can be unpacked by 7-Zip or WinZip on Windows. More recent versions of Windows have zip functionality built in.

Javascript must be enabled and at least Java 1.3.1 must be installed for the browser.
