Flag to enable the use of keep alive messages during data transfers.
During very large transfers some servers timeout, meaning that the transfer is not correctly completed. Many servers can't cope with keep alives being sent during a transfer, so only set this property if you are having timeout problems with very large transfers. Use with caution. Note that the KeepAlivePeriodSecs property is used to set the interval between keep alives.
