Bug fixes and enhancements are always very welcome and may be sent to this email address. Please refrain from using this email address for general questions and technical assistance, as it is for our customers who have paid for support. If you have an urgent query you may wish to purchase technical support. This will also help us to continue developing the library.

Paid technical support via email is an option for users of edtFTPj. We will do our best to resolve our customers' problems, including making rapid bug fixes to our libraries. We also offer technical consultancy and bespoke enhancements.

All prices are listed in US dollars. Online transactions are safely and securely handled through share-it. Most major credit cards are accepted. Or you may choose to pay via purchase order.
