Hello,
Using a default installation of 0.9.2, I change the anonymous account to GUEST.
Observations:
1) ANON directory was created from the HOME directory
2) ANON directory added GUEST to its secutity role with FULL PERMISSION.
However when the server is running, I get the following when I try to access from local machine:
because you have Cygwin installed and the logs have
been written to the /var/log/edtftpd.log file in your
Cygwin file-system.
255.255.255.255 - ProFTPD 1.2.9 (stable) (built Tue Mar 9 08:57:55 EAST 2004) standalone mode STARTUP
255.255.255.255 - error setting write fd IP_TOS: Invalid argument
255.255.255.255 - error setting read fd IP_TOS: Invalid argument

255.255.255.255 - error setting read fd TCP_NOPUSH: Protocol not available

255.255.255.255 (sledge[192.168.1.2]) - Guest: Directory /edtFTPD/home/Guest/ is not accessible.
I don't recall installing Cygwin but assume that's OK.
Can you help me determine why I'm having a problem?
I'm using XP PRO, have IIS installed but the FTP services are turned off (so EDTFTP does not conflict with it)
BTW, I have been able to use FTP services through IIS...
