ask for suggestions on Socket exhausted ?

Hi,I get the socket exhausted problem when I am uploading lots of small files,
and I know I shoule make the Thread sleep sometime while uploading.
I want to ask Hou much time should be fine ,e,g 2 seconds for 30 files ?

It takes approx 2 minutes for the OS to reclaim sockets. Perhaps wait 5 sec in between downloads and see how that goes.
